The standard length of a text message is 160 characters. However, when you use special characters (i.e. Arabic, Greek, Russian), the number of characters per SMS decreases. Remember that if you want to send SMS in special characters, you need to use Unicode. In some countries, mandatory text or numbers take up extra characters, therefore the amount of characters that you can actually use is less. Unicode messaging is disabled by default. If you want to use Unicode messaging please contact support!
We accept payments through Apple Pay, Credit Card, Crytocurrencies (bitcoin), iDeal Gateway and Bank Payment. If you have trouble making payments please contact us.
Please contact support and provide your use case. We will configure your account and provide test credits so you can make use of our services.
We do not have any restrictions set for the sender ID, however some sender ID's have been filtered out by the operators which are potentially marked as 'spam'. If you believe that your sender ID is not 'spam' related, please get in touch with support and we will try to help and find a solution for you.
You are able to send messages with your own personal domain name. We suggest users to use a link shortner so the message looks more professional. In the near future MessageHub will add his own link shortner!
You can use Two Factor Authentication by posting a GET call to our API servers. Please read our documentation on how to make Two Factor Authentication available for your website. If you have questions regarding the implementation contact us and we will help you!
